About us
Acrymolding operates a complete injection molding workshop with 65 injection molding machines ranging from 90T to 1000T. Our equipment includes 38 machines dedicated to transparent material molding and 27 machines for non-transparent plastic parts, supporting a wide range of customized acrylic, PC, ABS, and other plastic injection molding projects.
With 10 imported injection molding machines, 10 machines located in our Hubei production facility, 63 robotic arms, and 3 laser cutting machines, we are able to provide stable, efficient, and scalable production for both small and large custom projects.

Transparent Acrylic Molding Capability
Our transparent material molding area is specially designed for high-clarity acrylic and PC products. With 38 dedicated transparent molding machines, we focus on controlling material drying, injection temperature, pressure, cooling time, and surface quality to reduce bubbles, flow marks, shrinkage, and internal stress.
This capability allows us produce high-transparency, think-wall, and precision acrylic components for display, lighting, beauty, medical, and industrial applications.
Non-Transparent Plastic Molding Capability
Our non-transparent injection molding area supports ABS, PC, PP, PS, and other engineering plastic components. With 27 non-transparent molding machines, we can provide stable production for structural parts, housings, functional components, and customized plastic accessories.
Large-Tonnage Injection Molding
With machine capacity up to 1000T, we are able to support larger plastic components, thick-wall acrylic parts, and products requiring higher clamping force. Thin give us flexibility to handle different product sizes, structures, and production requirements.
Automated Production Support
Equipped with 63 robotic arms, our injection molding workshop improves production efficiency, reduces manual handling, and supports consistent product quality. Automated part removal and handling help maintain stable cycle times and reduce surface contamination, especially for transparent acrylic products.
